The True Wise Care innovative community participation NDIS program allows people with disabilities to participate in both social and community activities from a centre or within a community setting.
The fundamentals behind this program is to help to build skills and confidence and develop better social interaction skills. Our team will assist with your community participation supporting the activities you enjoy, and learning new skills at the same time.
